10:48 AM Dec 4th: I believe a fair sample of pols and a fair sample of general public would reveal about the same level of sin. Pols really do represent us.

10:23 AM Dec 5th: Back to politics: New Mason-Dixon poll shows Mayor Oscar Goodman(I) of Las Vegas winning 3-way GOV race w/Brian Sandoval(R) and Rory Reid(D).

10:25 AM Dec 5th: The embarrassment that has been Gov. Jim Gibbons(R) will cause NV to think twice about Goodman. Sandoval still likely favorite in the race.

10:27 AM Dec 5th: Few voters like having their state humiliated by the antics of public officials. If they have enough advance warning, voters won’t do it.

7:37 PM Dec 5th: They hold all-time record for most personal spending. YET Corzine lost in Nov, and Bloomberg had a close shave.Money isn’t guarantee of win.

4:59 PM Dec 6th: Cartoonists have just started morphing Obama into another big-eared POTUS–LBJ. It’s a warning of Christmas Future if Afghan comes 2=Vietnam

10:14 PM Dec 8th: Landslide for Martha Coakley(D-MA). Almost 2-to-1 over Rep. Mike Capuano. Coakley is all but SEN-elect. Nominal contest with R on 1/19.

10:19 PM Nov 30th: MA has never elected a woman to SEN or GOV before. D voters in liberal MA may have thought barrier needed breaking. Glass duly shattered.
