Bruce Vlk
Deputy Director of Programs

Bruce Vlk is the deputy director of programs for the University of Virginia Center for Politics. He is responsible for coordinating the Center's annual conferences, events and outreach activities.
Bruce has worked in state government as a public relations specialist for the Virginia Department of Social Services and earlier as an investigator for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. He earned his B.A. in Government and Politics with a minor in Public Policy from George Mason University. In 1998, he studied Czech politics at Charles University in Prague. Bruce is currently a part-time M.P.A. student at James Madison University.
